Some mornings are just suited to making fresh resin pearls... One of my favorite commissions I've gotten to do--a whole family of dice sets that was purchased to kit out one of my favorite player's home games. The last of them are going to their forever homes this holiday weekend, and I will miss getting to photograph them in the morning sunshine of my studio. Roll high, and a final good luck and goodbye to Drialkos, Virael, Kaleida, and Coalton. I do love the first wisps of autumn chill when we begin to say farewell to summer. New colors, new cores! I may have a whole dice series about shipwrecks, but I am not the only one a wee bit obsessed with treasure. Occasionally, the most interesting dice shine with the lights off. Ever fallen in love with the way a single beam of sunlight hits a set of polyhedral dice and sets its sparkles on fire? Just me? The second set in the Sunken Depths series: Nuestra Señora de Atocha The shop drop lands today!
